Through the Pitalero Passport, we invite people to explore, discover, and connect with the richness of Pital, participating in activities that recognize the value of the matronas and the knowledge embodied in each recipe. Each stop was an opportunity to connect with their roots and remember that behind every pastry there is a story, a family, and a community that keeps its heritage alive.
